The month of June brings much excitement as Popcycle launch their first ever 30 Days to Summer Challenge.
The aim is to acheive ultimate health and wellbeing by re-establishing positive food habits in eating and exercise.
The programme is created by the Popcycle team, and includes a food plan, a schedule for classes and catch ups, as well as access to a private Facebook group so participants are able to inspire and motivate each other.
