Day 25 | Millie Cotton – It’s a LDN Thing

Tell us a bit about yourself and how you got to where you are today

Hi! I’m Millie. I own a silly amount of trainers. I write a London based fashion and lifestyle blog, although I don’t think I’ve blogged in a few weeks because of taking time off for Christmas, which is something as ‘an internet person’ that I find hard to do. I’ve written articles for some pretty cool publications such as NYLON, Wonderland, The Debrief and Grazia. I also DJ, which is what I’m intending to concentrate on this year. I got to where I am today by always trying my luck really and, of course, hard work. If you don’t ask, you don’t get!

What Wellness rituals do you swear by?

You can’t beat a yoga session. And good food!

What are your tips for incorporating Wellness in to a busy schedule?

Firstly, I think it’s important to prioritise wellness – people underestimate the power of a workout/run/long candlelit bath etc! I make sure I do something for myself every day, whether that’s a workout or ditching a workout to see friends or watching Netflix for a couple of hours and zoning out!
