Tell us a bit about yourself and how you got to where you are today
I’m a GP, physical activity and lifestyle champion and a media medic. I got here through a combination of self determination, hard work and NEVER EVER saying no to an opportunity
- Exercise as stress relief.
- Being kind to others.
- Practicing gratitude daily is my most recent habit that I am working on
- Exercise – walk for 10 mins a day.
- Meditation – start with just 2 mins of stillness a day.
- Diet – make just one daily food swap for something more nutritious (eg switch crisps to nut)
