Day 37 | Yoga: Willow Yoga

Tell us about your business and how you became a professional in the industry…

I am Willow Yoga and I completed my yoga teacher training so I could share the many benefits that yoga brought into my life with others. I work therapeutically to enable people of all ages and abilities to be able to benefit from movement in class environments and 1-2-1.

What Wellness rituals do you swear by?

Eat less and move more to feel energised and don’t compare yourself to others.


What are your tips for incorporating Wellness into a busy schedule?

Five or ten minutes a day is better than an hour a week and find one thing that makes you feel better physically or emotionally and make it part of your routine like brushing your teeth.
