Hi there! I help men, women and children to let go of current sticking points and feel free to be more confident, more comfortable and more happy. I use Reiki as a relaxing and nourishing treatment and hypnotherapy to power through to a better you!
What Wellness rituals do you swear by?
Regular massage or reflexology is a must for me! The simplest though is quiet time alone, reading or renewing – it’s absolutely crucial to keeping healthy mental health.
What are your tips for incorporating Wellness in to a busy schedule?
Learn how to be ok alone. The reason I say this, is because so many clients feel vulnerable alone and not as comfy as when they are with someone. If you can learn HOW to really enjoy alone time, it’s like giving a little slice of amazing therapy to your mind, everyday!
