Day 43 | Self Confidence: She Coaches Confidence

Tell us a bit about yourself and/or your business and how you got to where you are today

I am a confidence coach and I coach women to become confident inside and out – so that they can enjoy success and happiness at work and in life.

I work with women in business on a 1-1 basis, in groups and on courses. My work helps women to dig deep to understand why they have low confidence and what this means for them.

My own confidence was very low for years but now, because I have done the work, I understand myself, my confidence and I recognise exactly what I need to do to keep my confidence where it needs to be.

I trained as a Make-up Artist in 2004 and realised that I was naturally coaching women (before a photoshoot / wedding / important talk) to be confident on the Inside as well as doing their make-up to help them to feel confident on the Outside.

It is my mission to help as many women as they can to find their confidence and to enjoy every part of it.

What Wellness rituals do you swear by?

I swear by buying myself a present when I have achieved something that I am proud of. I also 100% need my epsom salt baths! And, I am an early riser and this, for me, is essential for a healthy and successful work life.

What are your tips for incorporating Wellness in to a busy schedule?

My 3 top tips are:

1) factor in ‘me time’ – this is often over looked. It sounds simple, but unless you stitch time into your diary, it won’t happen. An epsom bath, a long walk or taking time to read a book are my go-to easy wellness things.

2) Get Up Early! Have the time to yourself in the morning is essential – if, like me, you have kids, this is 100% needed. You can plan your day out before anyone gets up!

3) Put your phone on flight mode. The only mode you should have if you are trying to concentrate or have time off.
