Day 44 | Nutrition: The Natural Solution

Tell us a bit about yourself and/or your business and how you got to where you are today

I work as a musician, teacher, homeopath, Asyra (Qest 4) bioresonance practitioner and allergy therapist with training in the use of nutrition, herbs and essential oils, helping others to regain their wellbeing.

Originally trained as a professional musician and teacher, I understand the frustrations of not being well or not performing at your peak, whatever the reason may be. I appreciate how anxiety and worry can affect a person’s capabilities whether you are experienced or a young student worried about exams.

I trained after homeopathy impressed me when my daughter’s debilitating throat infections of two years permanently disappeared after two weeks of treatment. There was no other conventional option for my Rosacea of 14 years after long term antibiotics and topical creams had no effect. Homeopathy relieved my problem and gave me greater energy and vitality too. It has also been particularly useful in helping me to navigate my children through childhood and growing up and they now rarely need conventional medicine.

I use highly accurate, very quick, non-invasive bioresonance testing to accurately choose the remedies and supplements to improve health or performance and this can be done remotely using a hair sample or in person. The more I help people, the more I love it.

What Wellness rituals do you swear by?

To avoid low energy and fatigue I have regular Epsom Salts foot baths and my bioresonance machine can also tell me when I need various nutritional supplements to boost my health and keep me fighting fit and at my optimum

What are your tips for incorporating Wellness in to a busy schedule?

Plan ahead. I have a cooking fest now and again where I prepare meals and healthy snacks and freeze them for those times when I am on the go or have little time and tempted to get a quick burger instead. This has saved me money – so I can now buy more luxurious things, kept me trim – as I don’t snack on high calorie low nutrient dense foods and I know I am getting the best foods into my body to fuel me properly, keep me well both mentally, emotionally and physically.
