I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who specialises in loss and bereavement. I also see people who suffer from depression, low self esteem, a terminally illness and sexual/phsyical abuse. I had a difficult childhood and I have always been spiritual but in later life I believe I have found my path to wellness. Even though I might have found my path, it doesn’t mean I stop working on myself. Everyday I learn new things about myself and people around me
I swear by taking space for myself every day, whether it be for 5 mins to whether it being 30 mins. This is where I show self love and self respect. I have also learnt to forgive which is not an easy task but I have done this through learning myself by reading, therapy etc that’s why I love offering therapy as I love to see people be happy.
You can include wellness in everything that you do. Eating breakfast to 5 mins at work and you can always work on yourself regardless of where you are. Get to know yourself, your weakness and strengths and accept yourself for yourself.
