Set in a beautiful Grade II Listed countryside mansion, Popcycle offer a variety of classes for clients, ranging from high energy spin to total body conditioning and barre.
You can attend any class at any level, you work at your own pace and as a group we motivate each other. It is a positive space for everyone to feel good in.
Popcycle HIIT 45
45 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) on the bike, with 1-2 weight tracks for upper body and core work. This class is a bit more intense than Popcycle 50, so come with energy.
50 minutes of high intensity, low impact spin to uplifting music with various cycling profiles, choreography and 2 weight tracks to challenge your upper body and core. This is a great class for building up cardio fitness.
A 60-minute class combining spin and HIIT resistance training for a total body workout. 30 mins of high intensity, low impact spin with various riding profiles, then you move to the ballroom studio for 30 mins of mat work focusing on targeted muscle groups including: arms, abs and legs.
A 60 minute class combining spin, ballet barre and Pilates for a total body workout. 30 mins of high intensity, low impact spin with various riding profiles, then you move upstairs to the ballroom studio for 30 mins of floor work great for toning the whole body.
60 minutes of a dance based workout using ballet, yoga and Pilates techniques to sculpt the body. This is a great alternative to spin to keep the body strong and aligned and great for getting that booty lifted. This class takes place in the ballroom studio.
A 60-minute studio class starting with a mini cardio warm up and barre work, then on to resistance training, finishing with core and upper body work using props such as balls, bands and hand weights. This class takes place in the ballroom studio.

A former Canadian figure skater, yoga instructor and fashion entrepreneur Jaime combines a love of health, nutrition and fitness with design, style and music.
After having three children Jaime founded Popcycle in 2016 with the goal of helping her clients become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
Her high intensity classes, infectious playlists and non-stop energy will drive you to new heights. Motivating, inspiring and most importantly challenging you to reach for what you want and to never stop until you get there.
Jaime is a Body Control Pilates Instructor and qualified in indoor cycling, yoga and TRX.
She has also recently become an ambassador for Sweaty Betty
Sarah brings an American energy to her classes at Popcycle. Trained in Booty Barre and Piloxing in LA, she has been teaching on both East and West Coast USA for the past four years working with actors and helping them prepare for upcoming roles.
Sarah’s classes are about empowering and strengthening the body and mind through fitness and her choreography is dance-based and fun. The aim is to make the classes fun and enjoyable – but also tough and challenging which encourages you to push yourself past your limits.
Sarah educates her clients and helps them see the benefits and impact of a healthy, balanced lifestyle and how it can effect their day to day lives and, in turn, encourage them to become passionate about their health and fitness too.
Sarah is qualified in Pilates, Booty Barre, Piloxing, Indoor Cycling and Theatre and Dance.
A semi-professional rugby player and personal trainer Bertie has always been enthusiastic about sport, the power of movement and the freedom of expression within fitness.
He believes the connection people have with fitness have a massive impact on the way an individual mood and sense of wellbeing.
He always brings the noise and loves helping people find their limits and then push through them. His message is mindset matters. You already have what it takes, you just need to unlock it.
