Sarah Weller is a qualified and experienced Parenting Consultant, Coach and Certified NLP Practitioner based in Tunbridge Wells.

Sarah’s Coaching approach is completely holisitic, to ensure that the needs of the whole family are met, parents and children. So during the process of helping parents unwrap what is going on underneath the surface of children’s behaviour, Sarah helps parents reflect on their own relationship needs.

Sarah's talk will outline the following:
- How to increase connection in your relationships, which will enable you to honour your own personal boundaries and values, leading to less stress.
- By looking at different personality styles and neuro programming within a family, it can help you see the negative and hurtful things that happen as a signal for attention and be able to communicate more effectively.
- Some impactful tools for relationship building for both couples and families
